- When your order is confirmed on our website, an invoice and a picking slip are transmitted to our logistic platform.
- This picking slip has a general bar code which identifies the origin and final destination of the order.
- Thanks to an optimize route through our stock, an operator completes your order and drops it off in a chain conveyor.
- In the middle of the chain, another computer system allows a second operator to control, thanks to the bar code exclusively, the parcel content and its conformity.
- Your package is then closed and secured by a third operator thanks to an identification bar code.
- Your parcel is then automatically weighed at a precise point of the chain conveyor.
- The bar code is scanned and a dispatch note is printed and stuck straight away on the upper side of the parcel.
- According to the carrier you chose (Exapaq or UPS), your parcel is automatically dispatched in the corresponding drip tray. It is now ready for shipment.
- As soon as the parcel is shipped, Starnet-World emails you a direct link to the tracking number so you can check the shipment online until the final delivery.
